It all began as a passion project aimed at addressing the talent disengagement crisis in developed societies. However, this endeavor has since evolved into a deeper quest for the alchemy of work. It necessitated a sustainable and foundational redefinition of 'work' from the ground up, where every effort resonates with a singular whisper: work that organically aligns with our innate traits—work that feels natural.As it turns out, this has been one of the master keys to unlocking the elusive formula that enables Design-Led companies to break boundaries and outperform their peers across various categories: their unwavering belief in and focus on human-centricity.

Siamak is the author of 'BioDesign-Led Art of Innovation and Entrepreneurship,' a work to cultivate next-gen mindful economics.As a Silicon Valley design-led alum, he has gained unique insights into the elusive art that drives the world's most thriving design-led companies. Leveraging this knowledge, he fosters a fresh, new breed of entrepreneurs. Siamak cultivates empathetic and human-centric entrepreneurship and innovation in the Future of Work, creating viable solutions that are inherently mindful of mental health wellness measures. He draws from an extraordinary, enriched perspective, advocating for youth empowerment through sustainable approaches and introducing a new breed of business poets—economics' next secret weapon.Born with a nonlinear imagination, Siamak is fluently multicultural, well-traveled, and insanely perceptive.He enjoys cross-pollinating his corporate and consulting experience with innovation and entrepreneurial ecosystems to tackle company challenges and explore new approaches to talent, innovation, and culture. He is particularly drawn to developing solutions for underserved opportunities that offer meaningful social and economic impacts.Previously, Siamak founded and managed consulting firms that provided end-to-end technology product design services, developing multimillion-dollar high-volume systems including industrial design, mechanical, hardware, and software engineering, and program management for tech leaders and brands such as Sun Microsystems (currently Oracle), Cisco, Hitachi, and Brocade (unicorn IPOs). He has led and collaborated globally with fully remote, distributed, and hybrid development teams.Siamak holds an MS from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
